Any residue left inside equipment dedicated for deliver and storage of oxygen can cause serious consequences regarding safe operation. For this reason, the cleaning process of this equipment is carefully selected and closely monitored.
INVENTEC offers a range of qualified products (solvent or aqueous fluids) and has the expertise to help you implementing the right solution, including the measurement & control process.
For tubes cleaning, the most favorable process to degrease and remove any particles fast and reliable is by a flushing process. INVENTEC can not only provide expertise on what chemistry to used but also on how to incorporate an automated cleanliness measurement system. Inline filtering and solvent recycling is also an option towards a more sustainable process.
INVENTEC has been granted funds from the French Relance Automotive and Aeronautical Modernization fund in 2020 in order to execute our flushing net project.
The 3 project goals are:
1 Set up of a flushing cleaning line at Inventec France for testing and subcontract cleaning
2 Creation of a laboratory dedicated to particle counting in order to validate cleaning effectiveness
3 Optimization of the recycling process in order to minimize flushing fluid consumption and improve the sustainability of the process.

Free-of-Charge cleaning & coating trials
Do you need cleaning or coating after soldering? We provide FREE-OF-CHARGE cleaning or coating trials in our Technical Centers. A comprehensive technical report detailing all test results and recommendations regarding process & process parameters will be provided. It is also possible to attend trials in person.
